Share ideas and good practice

A great way to share good practice on waste management is to join one of the Resource Efficiency Clubs in the North East of England – or start a new one.

When it comes to resource efficiency, you’re not on your own. Other North East businesses are probably going through exactly the same issues as you. They can be a great source of good practice in waste management…which can save you money.

Resource Efficiency Clubs have been set up around the North East to help businesses share knowledge and ideas. Visit the Envirowise website to see if there is a club near you which you could join.

Resource Efficiency Clubs provide:

  • free advice and support;
  • ideas to save money;
  • useful contacts for specialised support;
  • funding to pay towards Club expenses.

Across the UK, thousands of companies have now made big savings in terms of money – and the environment – with the help of Resource Efficiency Clubs.
